When did you start your current job?
December of 2022
What is your main role at your company?
Establishing and managing programs that support high-quality healthcare, and uniting disparate data to champion process improvement!
What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?
My number one career accomplishment is that each role that I’ve accepted has looked drastically different—starting with a career in marketing that has morphed into a role in healthcare, focusing on operations and management. I attribute this to being eager to learn additional skill sets that have helped me pinpoint what I like to do (and most importantly want to do) for a living.
How are you involved in your community?
I have served on the Child Protect Junior Executive Board for the last six years. I’m also a member of the Montgomery Medical Group Management Association and the Public Relations Council of Alabama.
What is your key to success?
Don’t be the only voice heard in the room. Ask questions. And most importantly, let your ego go – if you’re not happy (regardless of your role), make a change.
